Process 1. Email us for product and pricing information. 2. Send us your design brief and logos.  3. Our design team creates your design. 4. You approve the design and send us your order. 5. In 3-4 weeks you will be wearing your new clothing. Our designers are also cyclists so they know how to create designs optimised for visual recognition in the cycling medium. Your design brief can be as detailed or open as you desire. Logos are required in ‘vector’ image formats such as Adobe Illustrator .ai, .eps and .pdf. If needed, we can recreate your logos into vector format.

Payment Terms
Design or production will commence once a 50% deposit has been received. Full payment is to be received prior to delivery.

Warranty
Nemisis Athletic Apparel warranties garments for a period of one year from date of delivery. Nemisis Athletic Apparel shall be the sole judge of warranty and reserves the right to repair or replace the garment. Warranty is void if the garment has been improperly used or maintained or has been altered in any way. Please contact us to discuss your warranty issue prior to returning the garment.
